WHEN A CUSTOMER RECEIVES HAIR PRODUCTS AND FINDS QUALITY ISSUES, WE WILL PROVIDE RETURN AND EXCHANGE SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING RULES:

THE CUSTOMER CAN CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT, EXPLAIN THE REASON FOR THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE, AND PROVIDE RELEVANT EVIDENCE, SUCH AS PHOTOS OR VIDEOS.

WE WILL REVIEW THE CUSTOMER'S RETURN OR EXCHANGE APPLICATION AND DECIDE WHETHER TO AGREE TO THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE BASED ON THE EVIDENCE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.

IF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS DUE TO OUR QUALITY ISSUES, WE WILL BEAR THE COST OF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND PROVIDE FREE RETURN OR EXCHANGE SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER. IF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS DUE TO THE CUSTOMER'S PERSONAL REASONS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

THE PRODUCT RETURNED OR EXCHANGED BY THE CUSTOMER MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION AND THE CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT US FOR AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT.

IF THE PRODUCT RECEIVED BY THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT MATCH THE ORDER, WE WILL PROVIDE RETURN OR EXCHANGE SERVICES TO THE CUSTOMER AND BEAR THE COST OF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
