WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

May I return my order?

Yes, we are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened hair products within SEVEN (7) DAYS within you receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the high quality products that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on hair that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your hair.

You must contact us first before refunding your package via customercare@cinyolahair.com within the seven (7) day return period. All Cinyola Hair must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued. Our hair are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the hair has been broken!

 

When will I receive my refund?


A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned products were not opened. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 3-5 days after we initiate the refund.


All Sales are final on custom coloring.
