At Cinyola, we stand by our products and offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate the return and refund process.

Return & Refund Process

1. Inspect Your Package: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents carefully. If you believe you've received a defective or incorrect item, follow the steps below to apply for a return or refund.
2. Report Issues: Keep the items in their original condition and report any issues via email within 30 days of receipt. Include a detailed description, along with pictures or videos, and send them to customercare@cinyolahair.com.This will help us process your return or refund efficiently.
3.Notify Us Before Returning: DO NOT return any items without first contacting us.
You must fill out the RETURN CARD included with your order and include it in your return package. Please DO NOT send the package back to the return address listed on the shipping label, as this is not the correct return address. Kindly note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
4.Return Shipping: After receiving your return request, we will inform you via email which courier service to use for returning the item. Follow the provided instructions carefully. Cinyola is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, and refunds will only be issued once we receive and confirm the returned item. Return shipping costs must be prepaid by you, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5.Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please ensure your payment method is valid during this period.
6. Restocking Fee: If the return is due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or incorrect size), a restocking/handling fee of approximately $30 may be deducted from your refund. This fee may also apply to refused deliveries or returns due to undeliverable addresses.
7. Item Condition: Returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition. They should be unworn, unwashed, uncut, unstyled, and free from any stains (such as makeup or deodorant) and must include the original packaging. Please note that the anti-counterfeit seal must remain intact.
