You must fill out the RETURN CARD included with your order and include it in your return package. Please DO NOT send the package back to the return address listed on the shipping label, as this is not the correct return address. Kindly note that we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

4.Return Shipping:After receiving your return request, we will inform you via email which courier service to use for returning the item. Follow the provided instructions carefully. Cinyola is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages, and refunds will only be issued once we receive and confirm the returned item. Return shipping costs must be prepaid by you, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5.Refund Processing:Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-10 business days. Please ensure your payment method is valid during this period.
